1.Product introduction of Silicone Heating Sheet

The silicone heating element is made by pressing two pieces of semi-cured silicone cloth together using high-temperature equipment. The silicone skin is very thin, which gives it excellent thermal conductivity. It is flexible and can adhere perfectly to curved surfaces, cylinders, and other objects that require heating. 

The silicone heating element uses PTC polymers, nickel-chromium alloy, stainless steel, and carbon crystal heating materials. Due to the thin and flexible silicone skin, it is lightweight, compact, and easy to connect to the heated object. Different designs can be made according to the shape of the object to be heated, such as round, triangular, rectangular, etc.

2. Main features of Silicone Heating Sheet

(1). The silicone heating film is a flexible heating element that can be bent and folded. It can be made into any shape and can have various openings for easy installation.

(2). The excellent physical strength and flexibility of the silicone heating film allow it to withstand external forces. The backside is coated with high-temperature resistant 3M adhesive, which facilitates the attachment of the heating film to the heated object, ensuring good contact between the heating element and the object.

(3).  It is safe and reliable, as there is no open flame involved. Low-voltage electric heaters produced using silicone heating film can be used close to the body without the risk of electric shock.

(4). The temperature distribution is uniform, with high thermal efficiency and good flexibility. It complies with the UL94-V0 flame retardant standard in the United States.

(5). The silicone heating film is lightweight and its thickness can be adjusted within a wide range. It has low heat capacity, allowing for fast heating rate and precise temperature control.

(6). Silicone rubber has excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance. As the surface insulation material of the heating film, it effectively prevents surface cracking and enhances mechanical strength, greatly extending the product’s lifespan.

3. The main application of Silicone Heating Sheet

(1). Silicone heating film can be used for heating and insulation of various industrial equipment, such as power battery heating, pyrolysis equipment, vacuum drying oven equipment, pipelines, tanks, towers, and tanks in non-explosive gas environments. It can be directly wrapped around the surface of the heated area. It is also used for auxiliary heating of equipment like refrigeration protection, air conditioning compressors, motors, and submersible pumps. In the medical field, it can be used in devices such as blood analyzers, test tube heaters, and compensatory heat for healthcare slimming belts. It is also applicable for household appliances, computer peripherals such as laser machines, and vulcanization of plastic films.

(2). The installation of silicone heating elements is simple and convenient. They can be fixed on the heated object using double-sided adhesive or mechanical methods. All silicone heating products can be customized according to customer requirements for voltage, size, shape, and power.
