HGC series connecting constant power heating cables use core conductor as heating element. When the core conductor is connected to the power supply, the core conductor will emit Joule heat, because the current and resistance of the constant power heating cable per unit length are equal to those of all heating cables, and the calorific value of each unit is the same. Will not cause the power of the terminal to be lower than the starting end, with the increase of the length of the heating cable. This type is suitable for heat tracing and insulation of long pipelines and large-diameter pipelines. The power supply is supplied by a power supply.

Note: Longrope heating is required to ensure the effective and safe transportation of liquids over long distances. Without longline heating, the following problems may lead to serious environment and appropriate losses:

1). The liquid becomes too viscous.

2). Gas condensation

3). Liquid freezing leads to catastrophic pipeline failure.
